IntelliTrack, Inc., the leader in barcode-based, business solutions announced the acquisition of RioScan, Inc., a leading pre-packaged software manufacturer. The move seeks to complement and enhance IntelliTrack’s suite of software products by adding to it Palm OS and Pocket PC-based solutions. In addition, IntelliTrack will merge RioScan’s software engineers and support staff into its operation.
